Denna mango-dröm med banan och daddel är så gooood !

 

1 väl mogen banan

1 dl fryst mango

2-3 dadlar (Beroende på hur söt du vill ha den)

1 msk chiafrön

1/2 dl havregryn

1 havremjölk

Is

Ät den till frukost, mellis eller en lättare lunch!


This mango-dram is just delicious!

1 banana (not green)

1 dl frozen mango

2-3 dates (Depends on how sweet you want it)

1 msk chiaseeds

1/2 dl oats

1 oatmilk

Ice

Eat it for breakfast, snack or as a light lunch!
